i watched a vid where some chicken little was sounding the alarm over bread suddenly not getting stale or moldy any more. people really will find anything in the world to complain about. i'm supposed to want stale, moldy bread now apparently. people like that will overlook the scientific achievement of shelf stable bread. we no longer need to eat sandwiches on a timetable. so i bought some of this miracle bread and didn't eat it. and it's still perfectly fine.
