>>83660138Useless filler/10. It leans super hard into "remember chapter 1 and Undertale?" But the game as largely distanced itself from that a long time ago. Now it is all about quirky villains that aren't really evil. The only reason that the place is monster Japan is because Toby is a weeb and it doesn't feel like it fits Asgore. While Asgore got more than just being the butt of the joke, he was still largely sidelined for the flowers. I'm glad I didn't really care about the main cast romance paths, but it ended up with a super forced lesbian romance that will upset most of the people of 4chan for a very long time. It also kept dropping anything close to being interesting to focus more on the quirky flowers. There could have been a lot of tension with Asgore wanting to learn more about the fountains, but it resolved long before any kind of conflict with the heroes could happen. Snowgrave was the best part even if it is soured by it's done until chapter 7. At least the shipping autism will be funny in the future. Still undecided if is worse than 3 or not. I would say it is a little better, but this is the kind of chapter you don't want after something like 3 happened.
