>>83661742Already did so! Did the full stretch routine, and cardio. Gonna cap all cardio (HITT and LISS) to 30 minutes. Just so I can go harder w/o it being too rough. Especially post workout. And how frequently I plan on doing them. Pretty much every day per week. I might do the ATG more after the main 8. Felt like I felt the most in those.
