Also I hope that I’m not going toooo overboard with the calories burned. I know that the BMR being at 2452, just by existing; is doing the majority, and about 702 for today being from legs day today. But that still in a 1.7k deficit, like damn.

Already did so! Did the full stretch routine, and cardio. Gonna cap all cardio (HITT and LISS) to 30 minutes. Just so I can go harder w/o it being too rough. Especially post workout. And how frequently I plan on doing them. Pretty much every day per week.

I might do the ATG more after the main 8. Felt like I felt the most in those.
