Snowcoomers are beginning to show their true colors because they like Noelle more when she’s the version of herself that the player gaslighted her into becoming. Yes, she has these feelings and disassociation in the main route. But how she Acts on these feelings is a result of her wanting any semblance of control over her life. Not some secret morally grey side of her. If you like noelle when she's this traumatized husk, you were never a fan in the first place.

>>83717904There is no difference between the Noelle from the normal route and the Noelle of the weird route. Noelle craves freedom, she is shown the capacity for freedom in both routes, in the normal route by Susie, and in the weird route by Kris. The only difference is that, in the weird route, she is shown this in a much more brutal and visceral manner. She goes into the lake in both routes, but in one she is carried like a princess and doesn't even get wet, in the other she is fully submerged. It's the same, only one is much more extreme, but at the root, they are the same. This is who Noelle is.

It's just that the fucked circumstances of her life and what happens in the Weird Route has made Noelle show her worst side without any sort of filter.Even when she's having this sort of psychotic breakdown, you can see regular Noelle beneath the surface, the way she politely takes Kris's hand, the guilt of her thinking these way, the sadness of it all.Noelle is a complex character. It takes a lot of replays and dialogue analysis to be able to understand even a 25% of her.
