It's got great advantage and approach options like Rushdown, but the former isn't running in & getting close, while the latter isn't blockstrings into mix-ups or frame data abuse. They're usually big bodied with high health, much like Grapplers, but why they have these traits is completely different. Grapplers use their high health as a resource for them to navigate neutral. Bullies use their high health to make their low risk options even less punishing on themselves. Finally, they're at an immediate advantage in neutral, much like Zoners, but Zoners seek to maintain neutral for as long as possible to reap the benefits of their playstyle, while Bullies use neutral as a means to an end. And the weirdest part of their completely anti-conventional design? Bullies are not the result of a long, thought-out design process to create a brand-new character archetype.
