Did you know that if the radius of rotation is too small and you stand upright, the difference of forces between your head and feet is so large that blood flows out of your brain and into your legs? The figure I remember is that the minimum safe radius is 1km, but for comfort you need at least double that. The story I was outlining at the time took place on a cargo spaceship that was a giant cylinder with that radius, manned by four people and an army of robotic drones.
