The defias attack everyone by acting as the Alliance. The thing is simple, the "alliance" attack them and then they join the Defias.Sofor the story, maybe we could keep the bandits, maybe there even multiple groups fighting each other, but yhe majority is the Alliance (Nobles) attacking the Theocracy to get the zone
