Thinking about the healthplay stuff from last thread again. Imagine you had a super morbidly obese Pokemon, so fat she can't even walk, too unfit for battling or really anything. You know it's irresponsible to keep feeding her, but you can't help it! You just can't bear to see her complain about being hungry. When her health starts to collapse, you make the effort to bring her to the Pokemon Center, which is probably the only time ever leaves your home. There the staff "refresh" her health and fix all of the damage caused by her overconsumption of food. The Nurse Joys scold you, telling you you're being a bad master and you're hurting your Pokemon! But there's nothing they can legally do to stop you because it's technically not abuse, and they know you'll be back next year at the latest, with not a single pound shed from your Pokemon.
