I had a dream that for Chapter 6, Kris interacts with Sans and you get a scene where Sans recognises, using that whole recognising body language thing that he has in Undertale, when he brings up Susie in passing ("Say, kiddo, you're not with that purple girl today. Something up?") that Kris has feelings for her (Kris didn't say anything, Sans just knew.) and he gave Kris advice not on how to break up Suselle but let Susie know how they felt in a way that averts any situation of Susie thinking Kris was just jealous.

In a way that still felt in characterisation for Sans, using slight humour to try and make it have levity, which Sans comments seemed to make Kris flinch.

It's quite entertaining to see this Diego guy drawing Susie now. For context, he has this entire oddly /hmofa/-coded Fell setting with the reindeer sisters having human partners (excludes Kris and Asriel for Noelle and December respectively) but the art gives the AUtism a pass. The full image here was Noelle's partner equivalent taking Susie out to a diner date to discuss random plot, so I just cropped out his panels and erased the text since it's meandering and whatever.

I hope he continues drawing Susie. Despite being more of a /doe/ guy, I think he handles her even more tastefully than the Holidays. Very slim.

Very much so, and I attribute it to a good amount of self-insertion on the author's part. In multiple instances. The two humans introduced thus far are instead based around two of the colored SOULs, green and cyan, so logic assumes Kris will fulfill the role for red somewhere else, but as far as I can tell there are only two humans in this version of Hometown.
None of this content has any value to /doe/ or /sus/ with respect to Kris' absence, hence why I didn't bother including his self-insert in the first image. I'm perfectly fine admiring the unique take on Susie without any of that extra jazz.

My Deltarune-related dreams are kinda weird. Recently, I had a dream that Susie was replaced with a newcomer in town, a pig girl named Ms. Piggy, and the popup text explicitly said that from now on the game will keep track of how many times I interacted with Piggy versus Noelle, and it will be extremely important and will determine fates of many characters.

The most recent one was about Chapter 6 dropping out of nowhere.
