In this version of events the Queen is more willing to engage with Cloud since the girl's are now happily nursing from her tits through the entire conversation. She actually takes a liking to Cloud since they have a chance to talk rather than him fighting to free them. Agrees to let her two girls go with him to save the world. Now they are in your party with no emotional baggage, even free to follow romance paths since they're not upset with Cloud. Some cutscenes now have them obeying an extra mission from the queen: sending new girls her way to join the hive.
