When making an endosoma fic or pic the most important thing I have to say to anyone who may be used to digestion or fatal vore is to not simply treat it as removing "the good part". Instead you follow on the underlying rule of the prey being indigestible and kept alive and move the clock forward on that aspect. Many of the same aspects still remain in play just as a swallowed coin or marble still is getting squeezed by the gut and stewed about in the stomach with other stuff in it. The space emphasizes more of the entrapment aspect and the bodily movement. Don't even bother with digestion teasing at all, it's not appealing to people into endosoma. They like being kept in the body, imprisoned in it even. Digestion inherently invalidates that and so even teasing about it can make it a less appealing situation.

And mind when I say tease I mean like repeatedly bringing it up throughout the story and implying prior digestion of living people happening. Not like any assurance situation or addressing why the prey isn't digestible.
