Most concepts for grand, sweeping ideas can usually be conveyed with a strongly detailed block of text and a simple MS paint tier sketch. And in more modern times, you can usually find art online that's close enough to what you want, and if you get real autistic you can edit those pics.I won't disagree that AI can be useful for that, but it's not the first thing I reach for; in fact I usually do so as a last resort since often time the original ideas in my head still can't be accurately prompted from a model.
