I feel like they have way more room to explore birds but the plot will be more of next scheme mammals fucked over other species than the overall setting.Really shouldve made Zootopia a city with unexplored parts where you could act like animals were "segregated" in. Having a Zootopia Peaks for birds and jungle for reptile ravine on zoot1 would been better for zoot2/3 being about them.
