Back in chapter 2 days, retards kept saying that dark world rulers represent character parents, with King being either Asgore or Susie's Evil Bike Eating Dad (tm), and Queen is Noelle's mom. Now I realize they represent the darker sides of main characters, their inner demons.King is Susie - angry, hateful, antagonistic to the entire world.Queen is Noelle - self-centered, spoiled, ignores the feelings of other people and treats them as her playthings. Tenna is Kris - longing for the old times, suicidal, prone to making deals with the devil that force him to backstab his friends.For chapter 4, I don't have enough context to properly speculate.Flowery, being a flowner, may be a special case, and he might represent both Asgore or Kris.

Beside the hammer scene showcasing why Suselle is a fake ruse, I think Toby put another hint why Suselle is not going to move further than Krusie. That was the church scene talking about the piano if you triggered that dialog in chapter 4. Noelle is completely clueless and disconnected with Kris and his piano skills as well as she barely cares about it to learn playing (she only initially suggest learning to get closer to Susie, but even then she gives up). I think for Toby it's a major ship kill if both characters aren't connected by piano music, which make me think even Kriselle on weird route will not work out, let alone on true route.
