(depressing) Confession: I'm behind most play between anons and avas. Let it be with Mary-Rose, Patty, Angel, Misuzu, Caren...I often approach them as "different people", not maliciously, just so it looks like there's more anons who play. My goal was to show people how, well, easy it is to play with avas with a tiny bit of effort. Help with the confidence, and maybe make anon approaches and spontaneous RP more common again.It didn't work and it burned me out of the thread, because I started to feel like I had a responsibility to give these avas positive interactions. I haven't noticed a spike in anon and ava play or rp in general either, so it's safe to say I failed. I tried, at least, I genuinely did. I just miss the old /erp/.
