Krakow is inexpensive and beautiful. I regret not attending a soccer match while I was there. I did get in trouble for pissing against the Bazylika Mariacka (I was drunk, needed to go and thought I went into an alleyway), so I would advice you to not piss against the Bazylika Mariacka. If this is a dealbreaker, you probably should not go, but if it isn't, then enjoy. You can also make a day trip to Oswieczim.
