I've spent the last 30 years of my life in the same podunk suburb of this godforsaken place. What would you consider to be the most breath-taking scenery in America? Something that will really blow me away?
>>
Your first time seeing NYC from a high vantage point is pretty impressive.
My favorite spot in nature is Glacier Point in Yosemite.

Tetons, Yellowstone, Sierras, Cascades.

the circled region

as a non american i recognise the usa as one of the most varied and beautiful countries in the world although americans really do try their best to fuck the place up
there is pretty much any kind of scenery you can imagine so just go and see what you like. the national parks would be a good place to start. i have only been to a couple but i know there are people who try to go them all and if i lived in the usa i would probably do that
you should probably do this soon because within a generation it is highly likely that some of them will be destroyed beyond recognition, ransacked in the perpetual hunt for resources. enjoy them while you can

Ha no

The best in the US for natty beauty are, in no order, Yosemite, Canyonlands, Glacier and Tetons. Some parts of Alaska could compete, but only on days with nice weather, and Alaska’s too expensive to roll the dice on that.

>Alabama is breath-taking
LOL, LMAO

grand canyon, az
my favorite spot on the entire earth

Agreed but there’s not much to say about the northwest.

Mogged by Canyonlands with its perfect red color and cool formations. Grand Canyon has the color of a quarry or those ugly gray vulvas. You know the ones.

Honestly upstate New York is super underrated. An entire region that everyone just forgets exists.
I like Watkins Glen State Park

It’s like some kind of wonderland, especially in fall. Mountains and lakes as far as the eye can see with few people.

Peak NPC behavior, flying overseas to a tourist trap just because everyone else thinks it's cool

I saw a slender Asian teenie wearing just a tiny bra and athletic shorts with her dad in the parking lot of that state park. Whooo...*wipes sweat*

Nigga, when I fill in a travel map, I fucking FILL IT IN. None of this frauding of filling in an entire country with light green when you've spent only three days walking around the downtown of its capital city.

it's amazing how cheap a week or two long roadtrip around the entire west can be. it's 3k or less depending on how much you want to glam it up or the decisions you make
the worst part is trying to get the time off

5'7 males are not uncommon in minnesota, it's within a standard deviation of the mean (avg is like 5'10 there)
>>

Point Pleasant, WV is beautiful this time of year.
>>
>>2820093
>Point Pleasant, WV
Dear lord. That's grim.

The most beautiful drive in the US that I've done is the back route through Tioga Pass into Yosemite valley. When you come through that tunnel and see Yosemite Valley for the first time, it's about as epic as you're going to see

Perhaps true, but manlets and other losers tend to stay indoors and not go outside. Go to the county fair and half the guys are gonna be 6' or taller.

My weeklong roadtrip with airbnb rental rooms in Colorado cost me about $800.
