Nations that limit spicy food: SwedenJapanSwitzerland USANorwayFrance Italy Civilized nations do not need to saturate food with spices because the ingredients are already high quality and flavorful.
>>2819359Americans eat very spicy. They literally keep a Taco Bell open near the American military base in Japan so that the troops can have something spicy to eat.... And brough spicy taco bell food to other countries that don't eat spicy, in parts of Asia, Europe and parts of South America. Funnily enough, TB has struggled in these markets... and barely holds on to a few franchises.
>>2819368that's because America is full of spics and blacks recent phenomenon
>>2819359I always thought Colombians do it best with their delicious spice-free cuisine.
>>2819368I was talking about the White Conservative areas.
southern italian food is spicy, what are you rambling about
Sweden is like half immigrants now. Lots of spice there. And no one goes to Switzerland or Norway for food. Swiss have the worst food in Europe.
you posted this same bait thread last week, get new material

Ngl, this thread is making me want spicy food.

>>2819371colombian food is terrible and it would be low tier even if they knew how to use spices of any kind>>2819437It's not that simple - the admixture is north african rather than middle eastern, but the places those genetics came from (probably mostly carthage and its descendant empires) barely exist anymore. Regardless, all of this predates the arrival of red peppers in europe
>>2819514Southern Italians have always been darker than Northern Italians because Southern Italy was first colonized by the Greeks. They were the first to build major cities in Italy, like Syracuse. And Greeks are darker (still, olive skin not brown) than North Italians. Then on top of that some parts of Southern Italy got invaded by the Moors, so there is some admixture, but it's overblown. Mostly it comes from Greek genetics.

>>2819535Okay, and now many countries have cuisines that use good ingredients and plenty of spices, and those foods can be very tasty.

>>2819359What do you mean by spicy food? Food with heat because of chilis/capsaicin? Or food with spices in it like from a spice rack? The two seem to get confused. Blacks in the US will complain if their food isn’t “seasoned” with “seasoning” which 90% of the time is Lawry’s seasoned salt (or some other brand of seasoned salt which they call “seasoning salt” or “seasoning”) and the remaining 10% of the time is Old Bay (which they call “obey”). I don’t consider this “spicy” I consider it salt. A lot of third world food has exotic ingredients that you can later smell coming out of your pee. Is this what you mean by spicy? Food with some heat from capsaicin is what I consider spicy and it’s primarily an American thing created by whites despite all those memes about whites avoiding spicy food (created by blacks because we don’t bury our food in seasoned salt). Yeah they like spicy food in SEA but not to the same degree as Americans. Chilis are native to the Americas too

>>2819552I don’t care about you either. European “men” are feminized cucks who carry purses.
>>2819382Southern Whites and Westerners love hot food.
After months spent in Southeast Asia, I have a problem with eating non-spicy food. I can taste the subtler flavors on the first bite, but after that, my taste quickly fades away. Only intensely flavored food can be enjoyed until the last bite - and the added spice helps unlock the other flavors as well. Additionally, when I eat white people food with subtle flavors, it limits production of digestive juices, which tends to cause indigestion for the next few hours as the stomach churns and heaves.
>>2819650White stomachs are not meant for spicy food. You've ruined yourself.
>>2819616Um no. That is completely false. Stop interneting.
>>2819359Raw food is a sign of high culture.Sushi, Tartare Steak, Mett, Basashi. You don't have to like it but you need to recognize that being able to eat food raw without dying, getting deadly ass parasites or whatever else is a massive flex on turd worlders who eat heat obliterated slop with shit mixed in they need to dump 57 different powders to try and mask the rot or ecoli.
>>2819421>Swiss have the worst food in Europe.why are Americans so retarded?
>>2820881British food is the worst in Europe.
>>2819873There's a good reason why black pepper is on almost every white person's table. Spice assists digestion. My stomach can handle spicy food just fine. >>2819359in all the western nations you listed they just fry or butter the fuck out of everything instead. in the eastern ones they stew it for 500hr and then nuke it with onions sauce. don't be intentionally dense.
>>2819439>Then why was Europe's shipping and sea exploration founded on the spice trade? To barter with it, not to use it to mask the disgusting taste of their food. But you either knew that already and you're being a contrarian faggot, or you didn't know that and you're being a retarded faggot.
>>2819549nta, and I eat with a fork, but you don't wash your hands?
>>2821581Indians love their intensely savory stewed dishes. Chinese food, especially at the hawker centers, tends to be made-to-order slop soaked in yellow oil and onions sauce. If you want more flavor, you add chili. Otherwise there ain't fuck-all in terms of culinary achievement, and the mannerisms of the vendor make that clear. His goal is solely to serve as many dishes of slop as he possibly can. He couldn't care less if you love it or hate it. Now Indians, you show up as a white guy and they're proud to give you a rundown of what they are serving and boast about how delicious it is.
>>2823811European traders brought European goods to the Far East in order to trade them for spices, which were then brought back to Europe and sold at a price point far exceeding the value of the original exported goods. That's how trade works. Yes, white people from the 1500s until today have craved the flavor of black pepper in their food. I just dumped a fair bit of it on my broccoli & onion mac & cheese. Paprika is another spice which came from faraway lands and became a fixture of European cuisine. >>2824214I don't like going about my day with orange grease stains in the cracks of my fingernails.

>>2819359Joy of /ck/ comes from hints and touches of select flavours compementing fresh ingredients, not just dousing your shit in spice.Indian food is an utter state. It's impossible to break down and appreciate what's happeing.
>>2825638We know you can’t break down flavors mayo boy
>>2825638incoherent
>>2825638I don't find it impossible at all. Indian food is all about balancing a blend of intensely flavored spices so that no one spice overpowers all the others. As a general rule, the greater the number of ingredients contributing to the flavor of some food item, the more gastric stimulation it induces and the more satisfied you feel after you finish eating it.
>>2826104it really is delicious isnt it?
>>2819514I agree Im 1/2 Colombian and the food is very bland, its alot of soups (chicken) and grilled chicken. Very similar to alot of British dishes. Its also has a culture of exporting its high quality produce, for example the coffee served in Colombia is actually quite terrible becuase 99% of it is exported same deal with fruit and beef.Alot of south American food is pretty bland baring indigenous dishes.
>>2826104So much Indian food is regional, and so much of it is really imported Mediterranean or northern Asia like nann for example is really an Afghan creation taken from Greek/Turkish breads.
>>2826145>for example the coffee served in Colombia is actually quite terriblethis is only your basic tinto. the nice cafe's obviously good coffee.
>>2826150>nann for example is really an Afghan creationThen what did the Aryan invaders eat? Don't tell me they were just eating boiled wheat berries.
>>2819359>Swedenthey eat rotten fish though
>>2819359This is probably the only thing I agree with niggas about. YT people really do be eating bland ass food. Salt and pepper with little to any other seasoning when cooking a chicken? Useless, boring and stale.Enjoying spicy food is a good sign that you may not be a pussy and enjoy the finer things in life.
>>2826257Cultured and high IQ people appreciate fresh, hgh quality ingredients. When you douse shit in spice, you've absolutely no idea what you're eating.Throwing a huge blend of spices on things is a way to cover up low quality produce.Herbs and spices should complement dishes, not act as a sensory overload.
>>2826273>fresh, hgh quality ingredientsSo something that you cannot find in Europe or North America. There's only so much fresh ingredients you can find in Europe, the climate simply does not allow for it. You can't grow crops for a good part of the year, you can't hunt or fish for a good part of the year, even in warmer regions like the mediterranean. The concept of frozen fish or frozen chicken simply does not exist in places like Oman or Thailand, you won't find it. For europeans it's a major part of the diet.
>>2826273>hgh quality ingredientsSpices kill off your brain cells?

>>2826211If the Japs did that you'd call them based. Oh, they do. And they're not.
>>2826273Nikola Tesla lived on fucking saltine crackers. >you've absolutely no idea what you're eatingYeah, as if having flavor makes you incapable of judging the quality of the meat or veggies you are eating. The only point you have is that adding spice can make inedible meats appetizing. Imagine eating a boiled hot dog that is pure meat. No added spice, only a tasteless mass of mush. Yuck.
>>2826283Freezing unironically preserves freshness for longer. In Thailand sometimes you eat at a place where they bought the meat that had been sitting out for too long, and your gut isn't happy afterwards. That doesn't happen when chicken comes from a freezer.

>>2826792Lmao, why would you be eating a boiled hot dog over the age of 5? Do you have no shame?
