I go to black's beach a lot. Pic related. It's a cool beach and yes you can swim naked. Keep in mind this kind of thing mostly attracts gays (I'm gay) maybe an occasional hippie chick with loose titties. There's very few nudist things in so cal otherwise. One hot springs place in the desert I know of.
