Washing machine, even the little euro kind that doesn’t dry. If you are in a hot humid environment you will blow through clean clothes, especially if you drink a lot and it sweats out of you.

Mandatory washing machine. This is the number 1 reason i choose airbnb over hotels, is the free laundry
Fast wifi - check the place reviews, if people mention wifi issues don't book
Air conditioning if in hotter climates
Free parking, if you brought a car

best airbnbs:
flexible check in and check out
no weird rules about using the property or tasks to be performed upon check out
washer and dryer with scentless detergent (and not a slow one either - fuck those shitty LG washers that take an hour to do a load)
walk in shower with a pivoting showerhead
central AC
real sized fridge and freezer - with the freezer on top please
actual quality sponges in the sink - its weird that they always have detergent (normal kind) but the sponges are crap
high quality toilet paper and paper towels
(charmin ultra strong + bounty select a sheet)
king bed with latex mattress
real leather sectional with FIRM padding not one of those shitty sofas you fall through (almost all of them)
room to walk around without hitting sharp edges
nightlights esp in bathroom
no fucking steps at fucking all
keypad with real physical buttons to enter and exit
real kitchen with full sized oven and stove and microwave (it almost always has a microwave)
wifi
no security cameras
easy right-in-front parking
if you have to send me a full fucking dossier on how to park it's not a good listing
