UK never appealed to me at all. Ireland has grown on me, I find annoying floggy molly fans insufferable and st paddy's day is cancer but it turn out actual ireland is pretty based, they don't like genocide and they're somewhat willing to say england sucks which is even more of a taboo than saying genocide is bad, depending on what circles you're in
