It's just like any other random European country.
Everyone speaks English, easy public transport, sparking water everywhere. It's such a small country you might as well combine the rest of the Baltics in the trip

speaking of tallinn, full of borderline retarded russians, kind of deserted city literally no people. expensive alcohol (8.50€ beer around city center), it's a nice medieval looking centre but can be walked in 1 hour. take the ferry to helsinki
