Seems like Morocco is the new Egypt. I see more chatter about the former in the past decade. The religion doesn't help one bit, though. There's co-incidence there's vioelnce and grief on every border of the Islamic world. Their religion is related to:

There's positive signs though. The government is obviosuly trying to get people the fuck out of Cairo. There's numerous projects based around relocating people and moving water around, but it's going to be tough. The country doesn't really believe in them, and the military regime are just dragging people into their schemes.
The entire nation is fucking WOEFUL at anything connected to communication and leadership.
