Has anyone been here? What can I find here? How well is the landscape for photography? What about hikes and trails? Could I find a lovely inuit wife? How is the cuisine? Looks like they have a convenience store up there.

Has anyone gone this far north? What is the crime rate? what would I need to fear?

Sledding races pass through. Think cruises do, too.

It looks incredibly bleak. Not the kind of place you show up without a purpose. Also, everyone in Nunavut is fucking loaded with money, so you can expect what little is on offer to be exorbitantly expensive, and nobody eager to go out of their way to make some dollars from a tourist. Iqaluit is more hospitable.

Are there actually any differences between all the islands in north canada?
>>
It looks like there is a hike you can walk to a hill overlooking the town, but I don't think there are really any trails to speak of. I'm not sure if the land is private or public or reserved for scientific research, but a longer hike I imagine would just be trekking deeper into Cornwallis Island. There are some interesting looking rivers and geological formations. I imagine this would be very dangerous at any time beyond the warmest days of summer.

>Has anyone been here?
Not to that specific one, but to Iqaluit yes while going to Auyuittuq NP.
>What can I find here?
Barren wasteland, but with snow most likely. Unironically it's not that cool.
> How well is the landscape for photography?
Unless you go to specific spots known for it you won't find that good of spots.
>What about hikes and trails?
Limited, and, as a tourist, without a guide they will likely report you
>Could I find a lovely inuit wife?
Actual Inuits are ugly.
>How is the cuisine?
Bad, limited choice. Probably worse for that island.

Iqaluit was boring as fuck for the days I had to wait there before heading to Auyuittuq. I'd imagine Resolute is the same, but worse.
