hi /trv/ this is my cat rupert, i was wondering, has anyone ever travelled on a train with a cat? i wanted to take him on a train ride to see the sights but im not sure if he would enjoy it and how difficult it iis
>>2835544I think it depends on the cat. If your cat enjoys car rides, then he'll have a good time. My late cat enjoyed car rides as long as she was on a harness. I got in the habit of taking her on errands because she got very clingy after her sister passed. She couldn't stand being in a carrier. She loved going to Costco and riding in the carts. You can fill a suitcase with litter and use it as a portable litterbox for him. Make sure to check the rail line's policy about pets outside of carriers. If he's afraid of dogs and/or other cats, it's important to keep in mind how he'll react if he runs into them.
>>2835544Very nice cat.Take him on walks first (in a carrier at first) and see how he reacts. Some cats are extremely curious about such adventures and will stay calm. Some cats will freak the fuck out and it's hard to talk sense into a cat like that.
>>2835544Why is he doing Undertaker eyes?
>>2835683he just looks like that sometimes hes very friendly >>2835628>>2835579good ideas thanks, he is afraid of other dogs so it might to be the best to try something else i know dogs can go on trainsthe suitcase idea is a good idea
