Which is the best country for longevity? To live a long and healthy life instead of getting heart attack and cancer before 40

Stop being an obese genetic dead end for starters

Your proposition is a non-sequitor given that the most healthy foods are also the cheapest foods.
The only way your geographic location could help is if it helps to live low-stress life.

By statistics, Japan. Even though they all smoke like chimneys. Number one correlation to longevity is low body mass and the japs are short and skinny.

What's the point of wanting to live 40+ years as an oldfag instead of a more reasonable 20 years? The world is increasingly full of old people who are no longer useful, yet they hog vast quantities of resources for themselves over multiple decades of senility, forcing younger working people to shoulder the burden of their demands on society.
>inb4 muh wisdom
In the past, old people were valuable because they were scarce. Only the wisest and toughest survived to old age. These days, getting old no longer requires wisdom. There are so many stupid fucking boomers out there who have lived in a bubble of protected privilege their entire life. Their demands on the medical system make medical care unaffordable for the rest of us. Their housing demands make housing unaffordable for the rest of us. Hell, their demand for stupid pickup trucks (which they drive around empty 99% of the time) is making it much more difficult for young working men to afford their own work truck.

He's right, though. American food is fucking horrible for you. There's a reason most countries don't export American beef.

>b...but muh sloppa!
North and South America both live off sloppa. You can get some fantastic fruit in Colombia and good beef in Argentina, but they are still eating fried shit most of the time. Canandian diet consists of mac and cheese and canned soup. Meanwhile, the average lifespan in Russia is 60 because they drink themselves to death on cheap vodka or get droned.

>Which is the best country for longevity?
that's more about work-life balance and access to health care

the most significant indicators for longevity and all cause mortality
>genetics
>cardiovascular fitness & muscle mass
>diet
>social connections
>access to health care
>absence of actively harming practices like high stress, alcohol / tobacco / drugs consumption, too short / long sleep
in that order, wildcard for drugs

with the exception of food deserts and countries with shit health care
none of these factors are specifically location dependent
...if you're wealthy enough

if you're an avg joe and are dependent on job market, cost of living and health care for regular citizens
>move to some of the richer EU regions
asia is eliminated due to racism (unless you're same ethnicity)

California has the most longevity residents after Okinawa

Easier said than done anon, easier said than done... anyways

I live in America and it's impossible to buy anything healthy and yummy like to bread I had in Poland or the milk of Finland. I want to go live somewhere cheap and healthy with good food if possible, so I'm thinking of Philippines, Vietnam, or Cambodia (thailand if they have a visa option for it). Their food is so healthy and everyone is so thin and young looking, we keep looking for the fountain of youth yet the Asians have found it.

Dude I got paid today from my meager 9-5 job I had to get after years of travel, the damage? 350 FUCKING DOLLARS for 2 weeks of food that was 1/5th my paycheck right down the shitter (literally lol). That's just for my eating at home stuff and not wanna kill myself munchies, I still have to throw on the horrible cost of breakfast each morning. Taxes are fucked, healthcare is fucked, food is fucked, people are fucked.

Why is this board so pro america? is it just a bunch of FUDs?

Dude I live in CA it sucks I barely make by with 1800 and now mcfuckup president REQUIRES I work 80 hours a month to receive my full benefits package because I am "full and able bodied". The one doctor I have been going to for years left so I'm stuck with retarded pedro's and jeets who take one look at me and go "u sars is fine walk more outside it healthy". Bitch I'd get shot and raped. This shit is really hard to do given the recession coming to the USA and replacement of job markets. Why can't we just live like any other ocuntry? In Philippines I could go eat for a few dollars a day, same with Thailand, it was some of the best fucking food of my life. That's the kind of work life economic balance we need, and you know what the benefit is? Everyone looks thin, is healthy, and has kids.
