doesn't it need a load of water and constant light?
when i was a student living in a shared house we grew it in mugs on our kitchen windowsill
one of the residents eventually tried it and said it was awful. of course they could have just said that so they could keep it for themselves i suppose
after that we mainly just kept the plants to show how edgy we were
