I didn't find Mexico that cheap for what you get? But I was just in Puerto Vallarta and Mexico City. I'd say Brazil is similar prices by higher quality

I have been living here for the last few months and it's totally unlike the rest of Brazil (outside of the south) in many ways. One of those ways is, unfortunately, the girls here aren't easy. I got laid easily in Rio and other cities, but not here. Several Brazilian guys have told me that this is the hardest place in the country to get girls in your bed. But the island attracts the most beautiful girls in Brazil, or at least from the south (whiter, blonder chicks)
