I am going to travel next year in September to Chile, and mainly looking to explore the Atacama Desert.
Any multiday tour recommendations or things to know in general about Chile?
Do the astronomical observatories located there offer tours?

There's a city just west of Asunscion Paraguy with 80% european population called San Bernadino. SE of Paraguay inbetween South Brazil there are several german enclaves in Argentina, not to mention the dozens of german/european cities in southern brazil
