> tell someone back home that i traveled to a SEA country> "really? did you go with your family?"> "no i went alone haha"> "oh why did you go?"> "just for fun, to do some traveling :DDD"> "oh nice nice haha"FFS this has happened almost anytime i tell anyone that i went to SEA and I cant tell if they are trying to get me to say something like "for sex" or just genuinely curious. like if you were interested why not just ask how it went or if i did anything cool or some shit like that
>>2854017> "oh why did you go?"> "just for fun, to do some traveling :DDD">how it went or if i did anything cool or some shit like thatInstead of saying "just for fun xD", have you thought about saying how it actually went or what cool things you actually did? Are you a special kind of retard?> "oh why did you go?">"oh I went diving, saw a school of hammerhead sharks, hiked through deep jungles to jump off a waterfall, ate raw meat in raw blood soup, insert other cool things here"But no, of course you can't give them that answer because you did 0 cool things (unless you count getting fucked in the ass by a tranny a cool thing, which happens to be the only thing you did and the only reason why you went).Kill yourself.
Picrel is all of you who visit SEA from western countries
>>2854017I'll help you out and explain what's going on.People like to talk about themselves, they assume that anything they say is the most interesting thing in the world. They will freely tell you every single little event, incident, and setback during a vacation if you show the slightest interest. That you have autism and don't do exactly that makes them suspicious, they're confused why you don't even view yourself as interesting, that you don't even share your vacation experience. They express interest by asking questions, but still you don't share and to them it feels like pulling teeth to get you to talk about it. They don't really care anyway but the autism you permeate is offputting, and they don't like that.There. That's it.You might get the more off-color normies wonder or even outright ask if you went for ladyboys or sex, usually they're not doing it in bad faith and instead are just teasing and trying to be entertaining, but most people don't typically make those immediate assumptions unless someone puts it there, or you imply doing things like it. Or unless you have a sexpest phenotype.Just do as the other anon says, do interesting things, visit some temples, hike some trails, see some elephants, do some diving, eat weird things, get a ride on a rickshaw, go bar hopping, whatever. Talk about those experiences and if they're actually not interesting you can just exaggerate and make them more interesting, being a good storyteller will make people like you more.
>>2854017They have nothing to say because they've never traveled. Pretty common response. You're the only one who has been mindbroken by /trv/ commer memes and thinks that Southeast Asia is one giant Whores 'R' Us.>>2854036Best not to make people jealous by bragging about all the cool shit you did.>>2854031Memeing it doesn't make it true. Most people aren't coombrains, they're not gonna be standing there pulling their pud while you recount your sexual conquests in lurid detail. In fact, normies you talk to are not even going to be wondering about the sex you may or may not have had on your trip, or over the weekend for that matter. Some of you really need to snap out of your degenerate sex-obsessed thought patterns.
>>2854017>just for fun
>>2854036This. And frankly there's so much interesting stuff to do in Thailand in particular that you'll have normie friendly stories even if you were going out to 6 or Cowboy every night.
>>2854110Any straight western man who visits SEA solo is a sex tourist. Simple as.
>>2854134Repeating this lie a thousand times does not make it true for anyone besides a handful of porn-addled sexpests like (You). >>2854117Thailand is one of the less interesting Asian countries out there, if we're being honest. I felt like I had to either drink or smoke weed every day to cope with the dullness of traveling around Thailand...only in hindsight does the pattern become obvious. There's hardly anything nature-wise to explore within walking distance of any sizable city in Thailand, unless you count public parks with paved walking paths. Songthaews exist and provide access to villages, but they are far from universal in the country; many provinces don't have any of them. The city parks are nice, but any real explorer would find it incredibly boring to walk in a circle around a garden with five hundred other people, all going the same direction. You become obsessed with food, because skulking around checking out restaurants and food stalls is basically the entirety of your exploratory journey around Thailand. What else is there? Temples and elephants? Most temples are just a fancy building placed on a mediocre, easily accessed plot of land. If you're not Buddhist, they don't have any special meaning. Take a picture, sit on a bench for ten minutes, then you're ready to leave.
>>2854017>just for funThis answer is the problem, say you wanted to see other cultures or sights and people will think nothing of it but say "fun" and they assume partying / fucking.
>>2854017>I cant tell if they are trying to get me to say something like "for sex"Well... that is pretty much the answer you gave them.If you can't name anything specific you went there for, people are going to rightfully assume you went there for sex tourism.
>>2854017> "just for fun, to do some traveling :DDD"This is normie code for "I partied and fucked hookers". That's why people stop digging beyond that

>tell someone from back home i used to live in japan>they automatically think im a pedophile every time
