A friend of mine got us tickets to Namibia this autumn. What am I in for? Any recommendations from people who have visited?
Don't know much about Namibia, although I worked with a South African guy who said Namibia is one of the most beautiful places on the planet.

The "Caprivians" want that dangly piece of the country (the Caprivi Strip) to be independent because they're ethnically Central African when the rest of the country is Southern African.
