If you're arrested and they have iron-clad proof, it's best to cooperate because you're going to get indicted and convicted, and it'll go more quickly.However, if you are arrested and you didn't do it, or maybe you did, and you're pretty sure they have no concrete evidence, KEEP YOUR TRAP SHUT. The cops here are stone cold retards and the prosecutors will not indict if they're not 100% sure of a conviction, which they will only get if you crack. They can only hold you for 23 days. If you're not a pussy, the jails are a joke. Just ride it.

There was a mountain of circumstantial evidence, but because he kept his trap shut and never confessed, the prosecutor dropped the murder charge and he only got 18 months for abandoning a corpse. Point being, they dropped the charge because they weren’t 100% sure of a conviction.

>>2862421Arrested is not part of the 99% conviction. When they decide to charge you, then you enter that statistic. They can hold you for 23 days and try to fish a reason to charge you. So no, don’t play along until they charge you.
