As someone that's been there and knows what your asking, it wouldn't be my first choice but it is possible. Your biggest challenge will be finding suitable accommodation that you can sneak girls into, it's almost impossible to find a hotel or airbnb that actually allows local women to enter and almost everywhere has a doorman that will cockblock you and if the neighbors see you it's 50/50 chances they call the cops. Also, like 75% of the girls on the apps are escorts and most take intentionally bad pics and don't show their face unless you match and talk to them.
