Istanbul is pretty expensive. Idk about other cities.

With that budget, it might be possible if you really stretch, but you wouldn't be able to do anything fun anyway, so what would be the point?
If you're gonna be poor just be poor at home. Travel is for enjoying yourself

East Turkey is kino. Istanbul is annoying. The Tatvan-Van ferry is PEAK kino, as is Diyarbakir.

The average monthly salary in Turkey is about $900 USD. As a rule of thumb, if you have a fair bit more than the average salary to spend, you're going to have a good time when visiting a country. It's only when you try to spend less than the locals make that you're really restricting yourself.

Turkey has some amazing landscapes and history to explore, but otels are overpriced and hostels are found in only a few destinations. You'd be better off inquiring into local room rentals; Turks are generally helpful people, so they should be willing to connect you with somebody who is willing to rent a room.

>everything costs too much for you, stay at home goy
I've disproven your ignorant, demotivational assertion half a dozen times in half a dozen different countries. But you keep repeating it with confidence like the fool you are.

>is turkey fun for a month?
not if you have a low budget, turkey is more expensive than europe these days

Is this perpetual travel anon from the other thread who's doing 1k/mo only?

1000 is more than enough, stay out of Istanbul (central) and you should have it easy finding something 500/mo on airbnb. Can get cheaper to like 350-400, if you're okay with just having a private bedroom in a multi bedroom apartment. Food is pretty cheap and the buses can get you most places.

Honest to God advice, if you're too poor to travel comfortably, you should probably focus on fixing your own life first.
Traveling is an escape. Just like how you should cut down on candies and video games if you're too poor, you should cut off on travel too until you can sort your life out. Travel won't make you rich, so focus on what will first.

If you're going to sight see things, yeah 1000 for a month is fine.
If you're going for "fun" aka whores and drinking 1000 for 2 weeks is fine.

I found the funner activities are spending money with mafia types. They're generally welcoming if you're there to genuinely have fun and spend some money. Showed me where they get their suits and leather goods made. Introduced me to some pimps and his women. Which bars to go, to meet other tourists/foreigners. Which places to eat at. If you're going to be brokie, I don't think you'll find anyone who will respect you in any country. It's a place that caters to wealthy and luxury experiences.

Anyone have some of the best recommendations for hair transplant clinics where they use my own hair to fill in the bald spots on the back of my head?
