US is only shit for the retards who refuse to move away from home for a job, won't grit their teeth for 1-3yrs to grind and job hop somewhere better, and don't understand property ownership or tax laws abroad. I've run into anons abroad multiple times, Japan a fair bit, who nag on and on about the USA then when I ask them if they've looked up anything other than the rose tinted glasses they wear about the country they want; they don't know jackshit. America has it's faults but if you're planning for the long term goals it has a ton of positives you won't find anywhere else.

I'd say 70% of these girls were upper class, 15% middle, 15% lower class.

So tired of American poors pretending that they don't have choices. It's a copout for their lack of initiative. They also prefer to hang around the same losers they hung out with in high school, or be completely alone, instead of building good business relationships that help them achieve the goals they want to achieve in life.

Living cheaply in America is insanely boring. Nobody wants to hang out and talk for hours without any accompanying economic activity. Every time I go to town, all I see is people busy busy busy driving their cars here and there, making and spending money. But I have all the time in the world, because I don't have any money to spend on leisure. Accepting a life of such slow-paced simplicity is very difficult for most Americans, but if you can do so, you are setting yourself up to enjoy the life of a long-term solo traveler.

Cool, that's great I make about 108-112 after bonuses. I've done Fortune 500 company work that also required me to live in a high cost of living area, constantly micro managed, using my time off was always "keep your phone and laptop on you for if you need to work", daily standups with the karens, etc etc. Sure I "made more" but I was often spending way more simply to balance out my mental health tax of that work. Also most of those 200k jobs are always cut throat during slow economy times and fretting over getting an h1b replacement.

My current job? might get online at 1030Am before, clock out around 2PM assuming not a big issue day. Work wherever, get a new gaming laptop each year, actually use my time off, etc.

The midwest is insanely easy to live cheaply, biggest hurdle Americans face is falling into the endless CC debt cycle via min monthly payments people get into. Hell big cities are cheap if you don't mind shopping around, not having the latest car, and learn to cook at home. I lived overseas for a few years and I missed america. I remember itching to leave my hometown before i left, but after spending some time abroad I missed some of the american freedoms that weren't necessarily illegal or anything, but impractical or prohibitively expensive.
