Anyone here know some good places to visa reset in SEA? Looking for something cheap, just need to focus on work and working out. Looking at Malaysia or Philippines but heard Taiwan is worth the cost in apartment stays. Budget is about 1k(would like lower), really just want something clean to take some time to myself and maybe work on a tan.Malaysia I am looking at George Town KL isn't bad but the "ALLLAAAAAAAAH" at sunrise kinda gets old fastPhilippines thinking about Cebu, but after lurking the PHG thread idk was not a fan of Manila Taiwan, Clean when I visited Taipei but expensiveI'd like it to have my gym(anytime) at the place if possible. Normally I'd use SK as a visa gap but man I dread going back there these days. Looking around september into october so yeah I understand typhoon season can be a shit.
>>2870169>Taiwan is worth the cost in apartment staysNot if you plan on living in the city
>>2870169Short term apartments are going to disappoint you in Taiwan anonEspecially compared to south east asia where you can live in luxury for the same price
>>2870237Seen some for ~700 in taipei>>2870256I did it once but long ago, Taiwan I know has clean air and beaches. So kinda wondering where I could get that in SEA
>>2870264>$700 You'll be living in a space slightly larger than a jail cellEnjoy the black mold!
>>2870264If you stay in other cities besides Taipei you will go a lot better but few people will speak englishTaipei housing is grimNew Taipei has some alright stuff but its still expensive for what it is and local wagesEverything else about the country is great
>>2870169If your focus is your health and work then I suggest malaysia. It is an incredibly boring place, and that is just what you want if you are trying to make gains.KL is very modern yet also very cheap. There is almost nothing to do except food courts, windows shopping, and luxury spas, or walking around. Its annoying, difficult, and bad quality to coom in malaysia, so that will help keep you focused.Philippines there is too much degen nightlife or cheap/free pussy floating around, and your brain will latch onto it eventually. The gyms in PH are usually bad OR way too expensive. The food is also bad/low quality.
I will also mention that there is an explosion in high quality gyms in Kuala Lumpur since all the bored rich asians figured out that nobody cares about their cars or watches or clothes, and the true sign of wealth is perfect fitness and physical beauty.Bonus: you may find a legit relationship via the gym, since chinese/malay women have become very health conscious and admire other people with similar goals.
Additionally, due to it being an islamic nation (in theory), there are also segregated gyms in you desire separation from women. I like these types of gyms in Dubai and elsewhere since gym thots filming are very annoying to me.If I wasn't a sex addicted coomer I would probably be in malaysia right now for my health and sanity. But its already too late for me.
>>2870363I liked living in Mt Kiara a lot but the rest of the city is such a depressing shithole. If you've ever been there when Indo burning season is on during a heatwave it feels like hell and you never want to go outside even to the supermarket.
Problem with KL is that it's just pretty dirty and lacks a lot of things to do. A gym is good for 2ish hours a day then you have everything else to try and fill your time with.>>2870365I've been to KL anytime fitness is most certainly not segregated. Anytime's are basically the same setup wherever you go.
>>2870169Cambodia or Vietnam
>>2871007I implied that some gyms are segregated. Learn to read you esl freak.
>>2871382>OP specifically mentions anytime>WELL ERM I MEANT SOME GYMSokay dude
>>2871389>esl retard doesn't know what "there are also" meansShitbrown moment
>>2871404Anon OP specifically pointed out use anytime fitness, 'high quality' gyms whatever the hell that DYEL shit is supposed to mean, exist all over. KL fails on being clean, also listed as a want in the OP. You basically went completely off script ignoring the OP's requirements. KL is also kinda shit if you're focusing on gains, the portion sizes are quite small, protein powder costs a small fortune for whatever reason, air quality is horrid to work out with during Sept/Oct, and working on a proper tan is going to be a chore unless you're booking a higher cost condo that has a proper pool area. KL has some upsides but working out properly is fairly low on the list of offerings.>Additionally, due to it being an islamic nation (in theory), there are also segregated gyms in you desire separation from women. I like these types of gyms in Dubai and elsewhere since gym thots filming are very annoying to me.This is some ESL, indian male "yis,,, girl love me lift so much 12kg weight. big now" shit. Usually the person who has to point out kek esl ran everything through google translate and didn't understand any context of someone who speaks English natively.
>>2871447>the portion sizes are smallStop eating RM 10 slop meals then, you cheapskate. You might as well order McD's value meal in America and say that American portion sizes are skimpy. If you want big chunks of beef or mutton, you need to pay RM 20+ for your meal.>>2871007>KL pretty dirtyCompared to what? Poland? By Third World standards it is very clean and well-kept.>>2870256I rented a very nice apartment in Toucheng for about $23 per day. Beach and mountain trails both nearby. People were unfriendly and would look away when I walked by.>>2870169You can find places in Malaysia where you'll never hear the call to prayer. Look up masjid on Google Maps to see where they are.>>2870364Hell, even the middle-of-nowhere village I am staying at in India (Velhe, Maharashtra) has a modern glass-front workout club with all the equipment. Well patronized every evening too.
