If you had about $2k USD in passive income a month, where would you move to live abroad outside the US? Somewhere you can comfortably survive without living in fear of being stabbed or raped.

>>2870291I would go to Portugal, either big city for a tight budget (but doable) or a smaller city to splurge like a king (kinda, not that much though). You could also easily live on 2k in southern italy. Anywhere in Sicily if you don't mind the noise and chaos, or somewhere in Apulia if you want something cleaner. Bari or Lecce would be great options.
That's surprisingly little money. Russians and drop out losers have taken a lot of the budget accomodations.

I'd live nomadically in a custom built mobile home and get my mail delivered to a fixed address. Then with my safe stable income I would hike from one end of the planet to the other. And I would keep doing that until I died of old age.

Get a passport with extra pages then probably just cycle through Thailand->Malaysia->cambodia->vietnam, maybe throw in Japan or some other places with spare cash
