on a scale of 1 to 100 how hard would it be ?

Even getting from the bus station to your hotel in that part of Africa is hard, if you’re asking then you must love suffering.
Getting there will be painful, take 3 weeks minimum, and very very expensive.

Maybe 30, just time consuming and boring and annoying to get visas, a local guide, then wait for a caravan to fachi. There are tourist caravans you can join. I think its like $2000 for the canal caravan or $3000 for a 4x4 convoy.
I rank it 30 because you dont require any personal expertise and just pay money to do everything and get taken there.

Solo without guides/security/own 4x4/permits maybe a 90-95 since youre looking at camel trip 450 miles through desert and needing to bring all your water and food with you.
