I need serious work done; extraction, implants, fillings, the works.I'm considering Mexico, I've done a little homework, looks like there quite a few places dedicated to providing comprehensive work for a fraction of what Canadian/American dentists are gouging patients for.Any done this before, or know someone who has? Is it legit, is it lasting quality, etc. etc.?
>>2873215What fraction? Two-thirds? Mexico is hardly a bargain anymore. I'd much rather go to a dentist in Thailand, but if you're stuck in the wagecage like the average burger, you might not be able to turn your medical tourism trip into a monthlong holiday.
>>2873215Thailand was great for me... 15 years ago. Do your research but I recommend it
>>2873215I heard Poland and Hungary are good for teeth. Turkey is catching up. I thought about going to Turkey to fix my crappy hair too.
>>2873215>>2873364Thailand was ok for me. Downsides are (1) they love to inflict pain on patients (same as about half the dentists in the U.S.), and (2) they pushed the "you're grinding your teeth" scam on me and talked me into a custom mouthguard. Don't fall for the mouthguard scam, Anon. Learn from my mistake.
>>2873215I done it, there’s more scammers and inexperienced dentists. The only way to know if there legit is by visiting them, asking questions, then consider.
