Are there any travel bloggers or youtubers that are actually good?
It seems like almost all travel content on the internet is either
1. The same list of the top 10 things to do in a place and generic tips like don't overpack
2. Boring videos of vapid foids walking around a city and eating or somewhat interesting videos of people walking around abandoned factories and such but either way not very useful for planning a trip
3. Lists of fancy restaurants and hotels if you're the type of person who travels to nuke your bank account
The only decent travel resource I've come across is Japan Guide but that's only for one country unfortunately
Maybe the written travel guides you have to pay for are better? But I assume those are just a slightly more refined version of #1

The ones where its just 4 hours of a guy walking around a city with no commentary and you never actually see his face. Those are the only good travel vlogs.

small brained american is pretty entertaining. /trv/ contrarians will tell you otherwise, though.

What do you expect, dumbass?
Travel is fundamentally something that must be experienced for itself. The only reason to watch travel content IS for tips and things to do, to scout out where you wanna go next.

Look up 奇游记 on youtube or billibilli if you are interested in China. He is a chinktuber who exclusively does domestic travel with a little bit of Japan mixed in. Most of his vids have dual chinese and english subs. His vids helped me a lot when I was in China, the way he does stuff and interacts with people is basically a tutorial and how to be a Real Traveler (tm) in China

I expect the people recommending me things to do to be men of discernment and taste and to have unique suggestions that justify the existence of their content rather than it being all the same interchangeable advice

Hi Conner, please stop shilling your channel here. You are gay and your videos suck.

Just come out and admit you're poor
