Highly skilled migrant visa is what I used but you need a degree and have to make a certain amount.

They sell most stuff in those head shops. Shrooms (but only as truffles) and I saw peyote too. Probably legal if it's "natural", there's a grey area about natural stuff like ayahuasca. But it's a difference if you buy it and use it yourself vs using it in a retreat.
