Gonna be in Denver for a couple days. Any recommendations?
I'm staying downtown, seeing a concert at Red Rocks and checking out the Coor's factory. Got an extra two days to kill.
Free, cheap, expensive, I'll check out anything!
Thx

Rockies game. Avs are in the playoffs too so you can probaby wander around outside the stadium, i can't think of much else going on downtown right now.

Thanks, Rockies have a game while I'm there so I'll try to make that! Any suggestions on places to eat/drink downtown?

I went to a cool exhibit about the 1990s with my kids at a museum in downtown Denver last summer, I wonder if it's still there

If you’re into trains the awesome Colorado Railroad Museum is near the Coors brewery in Golden. There’s day trips you could take to get up in the mountains but it sounds like you don’t have much time.
Downtown Denver is walkable with good transit though there’s a lot of bums. Art museum, Denver mint, Tattered Cover bookstore, lots of bars and coffee shops, and of course weed if that’s your thing. It’s been a while since I lived there but there’s a lot to see in the downtown area.,

Meowolf is worth the price but I wouldn't do it alone. I second the art museum; natural history museum is pretty average. South Broadway is still fun to walk around for the used books and weird shops/punk rock vibes.
For excellent food, go to the Vietnamese ghetto on Federal blvd south of Arapahoe avenue. Or the Ethiopian restaurants in Aurora, cultural enrichment capital.
