Obviously every other character goes to Hell since they're all evil dirtbags. Even Paulie Walnuts probably did not arrive in Purgatory like he planned

But what if God thought Ralph Cifaretto would have too much fun in Hell? We're talking about a man so deranged he begged his girlfriend to castrate him slowly and painfully with a cheese grater. For one so sick and twisted, wouldn't Heaven be the ultimate punishment and Hell be the ultimate pleasure?
