Everyone always says he was a tricky opponent for Godzilla but other than rotating his son around and chucking him into some crystals, Godzilla never was under any threat by SG in the entire movie. The entire end fight is literally just SG desperately trying to play keep away while Godzilla slowly closes in and then beats his ass. Moguera is basically no help the entire time and Godzilla would have eventually of worked up to the red spiral beam anyways and ended the fight. I was kinda shocked how it's such a nothing movie last time I watched it, people interpret Godzilla falling over once or twice as a "tough" fight for him
