If the West Wing is what the people in politics want you to think they're like, Veep is what the people who work in politics actually are like. It ain't bad but at some point the hate I had for the characters started outweighing the entertainment their stupidity provided to me. Still finished it though.

The Armando Iannucci seasons (1-4) are great, although not as good as The Thick of It as another anon said.
The David Mandel seasons (5-7) are dogshit.
