I didn't get the hype. It was a genre fusion that didn't really elevate itself through the fusion? A cool (if slightly vulgar) period drama that is interrupted by a not scary horror movie and a mediocre action movie.It was also theologically confused. How are you gonna use both voodoo concepts like a Hate and have literal Christian heaven in the same fucking movie?
