The "objective beauty" looksmaxxing spergs who draw lines on faces and spew a bunch of autistic jargon are partially to blame for this, because when you reduce beauty to a mathematical formula it results in a homogenized, generic ideal. To me a natural face that has striking features and a tiny flaw or two is far more attractive than one that has all the mathematically perfect ratios or whatever.
