Is Bond considered a British or American film franchise?
>>220822037could ask the same about Star Wars, Lord Of The Rings, Marvel, Succession, The Wire, etc
Why would it be considered American?
>>220822134Because pretty much all the production is US based, no? It’s also owned as an IP by Americans since the first Connery moviesI don’t know if them having some arbitrary “only a British man can play bond” actually makes it a British franchise. Also an Australian played bond before anyway
>>220822147https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p5qlS5ATQh4&t=35>and it's british>well the money is americanand this is why dalton remains the greatest James Bond
>>220822147I didn't know that but I just looked it up and all the films were produced by a British company until recently, but the rights were held by an American company. So on the creative side it was British not sure it will be now though given Amazon have control. Commercially its American though.
>>220822037That part at the end of the last bond movie after he does and Kier Stahmer appears passing the "Protecting what matters" (Muslim culture) Bill was very jarring.
>>220822147You forgot Brosman who is oirish
>>220822205the movies were produced by brits but the movies were financed by cubby broccoli who is an american
>>220822182Dalton looks like Patrick Stewart forma de hair
>>220822147>AustralianAustralians are British.
>>220822147>Also an Australian played bond before anywayThey are just sun bongs.
Depends on his BMI and if Bond started wearing cargo shorts
>For India, James?
>>220822536I loved seeing the breakdown of how many women the cucked new bond takes orders from and how many female villains kick his ass and how a woman saves the day and not bond and then seeing people try to lie >IT'S NOT WOKE, YOU'RE JUST A CHUD
