Just rewatched alien 3 cus of u guys and it was surprisingly good my memory was correct I did pause it half way through cus it got slow but I finished it the following day and it was great! The cgi alien tho.. lol

I started 4 and I paused it about halfway through as well. I generally think its a great movie because its one of the first alien movies I saw all the way though and Sigorney is so sexy in it

On a technical level the movie is fucking gorgeous, most of the lighting was practical, they did some processing on the film so it was those gorgeous deep rich blacks, and makes everything look kind of green/orange/yellow.
Also it used ringlights before it was a meme in every rap video.
I also think it has the best looking Xenos in the franchise.

I've honestly never watched it. I don't really care for Alien 3 but that felt like a finale. Ripley is dead, so I didn't care to watch a film about her clone or whatever.
