How come superhero actors get incredible physiques after being hired by Marvel? Or is this just a case of newbie gains coming in a decade late?
>>
how2body like this without roiding
>>
he finally started eating chicken and rice
>>
Personal trainer, meal service, roids, and knowing they will be legally fucked if they don’t fulfil their contractual obligations
>>

More budget more steroids
>>
>>220841878
This seems pretty reasonable, at least compared to the likes of the Chrises.
2015 looks like a guy just in shape and 2026 looks like that but with more bulk (I assume very little water intake before that specific shoot). Does any of this suggest steroid use?
>>
CGI muscle augmentation tech is literally 20 years old and pretty cheap. It's nearly a fucking filter at this point.
>>

>seems pretty reasonable
Take another look champ because it doesn't at all. There was no visible change in his physique for 10 years, which is actually commendable on its own because he's in good shape, but then in 1 (one) year he makes that transformation.
>a bit more bulk
lmao
>>
Seen plenty of guys that walk around looking like '25 who turn into '26 with a pump and some diuretics. He's dehydrated.
>>
>>220842054
I have no idea, you tell me. Assuming no steroids, how long would that take to build?
>>
>>220841878
>Mid physique
>"incredible"
To look like this, all you have to do is not eat like shit.

That's it. Literally just eat less garbage.
>>

>me when I refuse to look at the last image in any collage
>>
>>220841878
it's comparable, different lighting and angle in the last pic
>>
>>220842194
It's still mid.
>top down lighting
>grime layer
>post processing
>pump
>10 takes to get it just right
And it's still mid.

you never saw the inside of a gym in your life, stop talking
>>
>>220841878
You can hire someone hot and teach them to act
Or you can hire someone who can act and get them a personal trainer
Guess which one is cheaper
>>
>>220842079
Depends on your baseline, but unless you're morbidly obese or have Duchennes, <4 months.

Charlie is lean. He doesn't have a lot of muscle mass.
>>
>>220842278
Looks better than your secret crush that you just posted, bud.
>>
>>220842454
Good one, anon!
>>
>>220842079
Specifcially to go from 2025 to 26? Several years. He didn't quite double his lean muscle mass but he's not far from it.
This guy >>220842450 is retarded and delusional
>>
>>220841878
>no shoulders
>no traps
>mid lats
>good chest
>very good abs
>people calling steroids
you can go from the baseline 2015-25 to 2026 in a year, which he did
>>
>>220842783
>Several years.

The 2025 pic is him laying down flat in a bed completely unflexed. 2026 is with extremely good lighting and obviously flexed and probably with a pump. Pic related are the same guy 10 minutes apart (he's not natty yes, but it's a good example).

It's entirely possible he's on gear at this point, it might just be TRT since he is in his 40s but his previous shape was good enough for 10 years so it seems unlikely marlel came to him and said you have to start juicing bro
>>
>>220842889
Social media has completely messed up what people think is achievable natty. And always perfect lighting on top of that.
>>
>>220842952
In your example you can see that the muscles simply look fuller and more defined, not bigger. That's what pumps do. The actual muscles dont double in size like the 2025 pic to 2026
>>
>>220842997
They didn't double. You need to get your eyes checked.
>>
>>220843004
The muscle mass, not the entire body part and yes it did. Although I'm somewhat exaggerating
>>
>>220843052
You er... You know how a pump works, right anon?
>>

Is it possible to get this physique just with dieting and some pushups and light dumbells workout?
>>
>>220843177
For 99.9% of people, no.
>>
>>220843177
If you had a decent set of dumbbells, yeah. Most of this is just diet and lighting, with diet being the main limiting factor. That's less of an issue when you have production dietician and a personal chef.
>>
>>220843177
You need to eat a banana for breakfast to feed those gains. Also prioritize dumbbell pullovers to expands the ribcage.
>>
>>220843177
Get a pull up bar instead
>>
>>220841878
how do I turn myself gay bros?
